Mac Is Attacked!

The comedian Bernie Mac made some off the wall jokes at a fundraiser for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.  A person in the audience stated that his joke was offensive to women.  The joked was about menopause, sexual infidelity and promiscuity, and he also used crude language.  I won’t state the joke in this post, because it was inappropriate.  Sen. Obama also told Bernie Mac that he doesn’t condone these statements and were inappropriate.  This statement came from spokeswoman Jen Psaki after the event.  Maybe next time Obama will think before having Bernie Mac back.

It wasn’t Senator Obama’s fault. He doesn’t plan all of us events or schedule all of his guests. He has people for that. Whoever scheduled Bernie Mac, however, should have known what to expect.

The same thing happened in 2004 with Whoopi Goldberg at one of John Kerry’s events. Remember?

Would have been worse if they’d invited Eddie Griffin! lol But I’m thinking HE won’t be getting any invites to high caliber fund raisers or political events any time soon. ;)
